Games won't load  so slow and no service on my phone..Suddenlink here I come...

So slow can't use wildblue service with my smartphone. It disables it automatically cause of slow connection

You have an installation or equipment problem. Most Exede customers get speeds in excess of the advertised speeds. If you are within the 90-day installation warranty, you should insist on a tech visit first.

They have been to my house several times with no satisfaction I'm still in contract with these people but believe me they don't honor their own contract. New pc this week and new net gear. Still the same problems. Dec 10 my 2 years are up and they are histoy.
