I don't blame you. If I had another server in my area, I wouldnt be with this company.Just like I just got a warning I have used 70percent already. In ONE week, actually 6 days. But doing the same stuff, and it was the 20th of the month before the warning last month. I just cant get another server yet.

i too have 'they say ' used up 16 megs with out doing anything special   i dont stream or watch movies  so understanding thier useage is beon me

Be sure to ask questions, if you notice there is no mention of the "Equipment Fee" for un-returned
equipment. This is a thing so ask what they need returned and what they Don't, seems they conviently forgot to mention this on the page alex (the official rep) refers you to.

Used to have a 20gig plan but all I did was moved so I had to sign a new 2 year contract and only got 10 gigs for the same price ...and yes somehow I use them up in a week... Was charged a early cancellation fee when I moved of $321 it was finally reimbursed 3 weeks later and after numerous calls
