I have had Wild Blue/Exede internet services for 12 years now and I am tired of the games being played by trying to push customers into purchase less service for more money. WB used to tout the "Evolution" plan as solving a problem for customers by offering unlimited email and web browsing. Like myself, who relies on internet service for work, I am seeing others complaints about the same situation. I cannot use Outlook or AOL for email. FYI, I have a teenager who is required to use Outlook for school too.  

I don't want to hear excuses on the Exede's side. Don't change or pull back on promised email services that we are already paying for and you promised. I have to use my phone as a hotspot to access my work email. I might as well buy a hotspot through Sprint who offers much more data for $75. Figure out the problem (imagined or created) Exede and quit playing games with a contract you are reneging on.
