Slow speeds on Freedom plan

Hello, I've been an Exede Customer since December 2016. the first 3 months it worked great and suddenly out of the blue the network "is congested" and the speeds drop dramatically down. the download speeds are lower than 1gbs and when I called them, they transferred me to Tier 2. they basically told me to suck it up because there was nothing they could do. I have the freedom plan which makes me pay $115 for supposedly 150gb and I just think it is sucha bad thing to do when you reel in customers with such great hype, then kill their joy by dropping their speeds so ridiculously. I'm not asking for much. I know satellite can't offer the best. but for what I'm paying, I expect to at least use internet normally instead of having it unplug basically all day till 2am. Very disappointed and I cant even get out of the contract. 0 Stars! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!

It sounds like you may have an equipment problem if it was working right. Your beam didn't get suddenly overloaded. You might post your readings from your modem.

Open up a browser window.

Enter http://192.168.100.1  in the browser address bar.

When the modem page comes up, hit the <Print Screen> key to take a screenshot.

Start up the Paint program and use Edit:Paste to copy your screenshot into Paint.  Then have Paint save that screenshot to a file, which you can then upload and post here.

Before posting that screenshot, use Paint to black out any account numbers and/or MAC addresses.
