I actually talked to a "Customer Service Rep" He needs to atleast read the Job description. I pay for Boost 25 speed, not data, that really is a joke. He told said he ran a speed test and got a 37, he didn't know but Iwas also running a speedtest. I got a 5 or less several times. He then actually told me that a 5 should be fine for email and internet. I said I pay for 25. He offered no help at all. This is a very poorly managed company. I rate them as a -100
