Worst Customer Service EVER!

Anybody reading this that hasn't signed up for their 2 year prison sentence yet, RUN! I posted my horrible experience on this place a couple days ago about how they don't show up to install and how they change your account information without your knowledge or consent and put me on autopay without my consent because they don't know how to run autopay. After the generic "we're sorry you're unhappy please email us and we will get to the bottom of this" I commented back that if that's all it I took I would have done that 3 years ago on day 1 of service, oh wait, I did. Next thing I know my post is flagged and removed for profanity. I reread my post and there was a phrase that had been changed! Are you serious? Hey Wildblue, please stop changing your customers stuff without their knowledge. Honestly I am stuck between a rock and a hard place where I live. It's Wildblue or no internet, and if cell service was better I would go with no internet. Every step and turn with this company has been a nightmare. And this time I'm taking pictures of my post to prove that you changed something. Don't bother even replying to me there is nothing you can do to change the way I feel and the minute I move I will gladly leave your pile of junk in the middle of the road and never look back
