Will not load data used info or plan info

When I go to the Account Manager page or the start page it will not load the data used or the information on my plan. Need to follow amount used......

How do I get the amount of data or the information on my plan to load? Gives me statement to try later.

Chrome will do it.  FireFox 57 won't nor Internet Explorer 11.
I use the Viasat Sparrow browser, but it's just a glorified version of Chrome.

I use chrome and it doeesn't work. I think it won't give info on plan bbecause no longer offered

Yep!  As Michael and Craig mentioned, this seems to be a Firefox issue.  (I didn't know about IE)

There appears to be problems with the Dashboard page. Mine loaded once this morning, however it showed my plan as Freedom Unlimited, which is nor correct, as I have the Freedom 150 GB plan. Subsequent tries at the dashboard gives me data and the billing info, but the plan shows as unable to retrieve at this time, try again later. I get the same results with Sparrow, and Edge browsers. With the Chrome browser, it loads properly. Seems to be having problems with the Dashboard this  morning.
