Why is it such a long hold time to speak with a representative?

Service Interruption even after advance payment has been made, and have spoke to quite a few representatives already.  Not satisfied at all with the amount of hold time to speak with a representative either.

Thats because they have 3 people talking to everyone that has ever siigned up for this crappy service.
