Why was I never given any information??

When I ordered my internet from Excede 3 years ago I was told that I HAD to give my bank account # so the payment would be automatically deducted. 2 months ago I was told I could change that using my online account. I was never told how to get an online account. Your website does not recognize the email I use. How do I proceed to set up an online account so that I can manage my settings?

Carol, go to https://my.exede.net and then select New User, and you can set up your account. You can choose a user name and password as you go through the setup.
