Why is my plan not in hibernation now?

On Feb. 12 I requested my plan be put on 6 mos. vacation mode.I am in Canada now.My account has just been charged the regular amount. Please refund and charge me vacation mode. I cannot call you unless you send me a number I can dial from Canada. (MOD EDIT: PLEASE DON"T POST PERSONAL INFO ON THIS FORUM). What is happening with this account ?

I had to edit your entry. This isn't a fully direct way to reach Exede, it's a very public and open forum and posting personal information (ie your phone number) can open the door to people you don't want having that information to have it.

To answer your question, I'll need you to email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and I or my coworkers can look at this for you and see why you're not in Vacation mode. Keep in mind that vacation mode can only be used for 6  months in a rolling 12 month period.
