Why did my bill jump from $53.00 to $63.00 And usage was just over 50%

Just tell me why bill jumped $10.00 Also tell me if I am under a contract with Exede Changing to your company for my internet needs, BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!

This forum is also in no way connected to your account either so we won't have your billing information. You're also more than welcome to email exedelistens@viasat.com with that info (DO NOT post it here as this is open for everyone to see) but calling in would be the quickest way to get help.

Kathleen Ashley--If you had prepaid lease for equipment for a year or maybe it's 2 after that time is up your bill goes up $10.00 for equipment rental.

It might also be the annual property tax recovery Exede does or, if you have Exede voice, the promotional rate may have ended.
