Why can't existing customers upgrade to the wifi modem with 25mbps speeds? I was told existing customers can't upgrade but new customers can get the service. Can I just cancel my existing service and then create a new one?
Hi Kevin. If you are in one of the areas where Boost 25 is available, you can upgrade. The best way to check is to enter your Zip code on exede.com and see what plans are available. Boost 25 is not available in all areas, although we will soon have the Wi-Fi modem available in most areas (minus the speed upgrade).
