why can my bill never be right I have been customer for about 40 months my crap is still not right i should have about 40 credit you say i owe 120 not cool will you quit tryingf to abuse me

You should call in. You'll get better support from the cancellation department. You don't have to cancel, it just helps to talk to that department.

The baseline of your service shouldn't vary, we don't tend to go with price increases on our plans and allow customers to be grandfathered into their plans. We do offer new plans routinely so that can be seen as a "price change" from one standpoint but it's never mandatory to do so.

typically when we see fluctuating bills it's almost always related to credits unless you
1. called 4-1-1 directory assistance
2. changed plans
3. Came back from vacation mode and had to get a new plan

Credits can vary from a one-time application or an agreed upon recurring amount for a certain period of time. A lot of times when I see something like this something like a 12 month voucher for $10 off rolled off but probably didn't realize they had this credit applied (I believe some DirecTV led-sales will do this).  Sometimes our Finance team may nix an excessive offer during an audit. I mean there could be a lot of situations. Keep in mind NO AGENT (not even a corporate top of the ladder agent like myself or my team on here) can change the price of a plan. The plans are all on a solid price point, any adjustment is a temporary credit.
