My bill is due on the sixteenth and I get paid tomorrow why are you sending me a threat of disconnect

don't take it personal that's just when they run their script for the computer to generate the email, I hate it too and it's annoying but big business you know

Date due is the date due, not "some time this week."  You can have the due date changed by calling customer service at 866-945-3258.  There are 4 different monthly due dates available and they will happily change yours to better fit your income schedule.
