why are they advertising the freedom 150 plan in 29824 but wont let me switch over?

Thomas - several have mentioned the same issue that we could not do the switch online. Call customer service and they will take care of it for you.

What did they tell you? You saw it was available on your 'change plan' screen on your account dashboard? If it is available to an existing customer (I see it is available for new customers for your zip) then call back and get a different rep?  Maybe one of the Exede reps here can help.

I called customer service and they could not switch it so I called billing and they could not switch it. my next call is to a lawyer for false advertising.

If you cannot change plans online, call 855-463-9333 and ask the rep why. Go to Billing, not Technical support.

I called billing and they can't change it even though it's advertised for 29824. My guess is they only want to do it for new customers

Thomas, what did you see when you logged into your My Exede acct and clicked on the "change my plan" tab?

I helped a customer change her plan just yesterday, she logged in, clicked on change my plan and clicked on Freedom 150....boom, done.

When the Freedom plan first became available on my beam last month, I was not able to get the upgrade on the Dashboard. One email to exedelistens is all it took, Exede Matt took care of me in no time.

They keep giving me the same answers which go nowhere
