Unhappy with service

I converted a home account to a bussiness so that I could have a public IP address and use my network cameraqs when I was away from the home. Since the upgrade nothing has worked right, i have had techs on site, talked to customer service and get billed every month for a service we cant use, I even unplugged it and they still show usage, I think this is a scam, no tech support, no feild support, just give them a credit card number so they can bill you.

Just a note here. I am in the process of switching over to a Business plan but, apparently, per the info I got when I called that number to check the status of my order, most of the Business team is in a business conference all this week.

Aggravating but, nothing I can do about it except wait a whole week for the service change. Seems someone should be handling that even if a lot of people went to the conference.
