I had data to burn and my billing cycled ended yesterday so I performed some updates and burnt it all the other day.  However...

1) my billing cycle renews today and my data is not yet reset online
2) despite that fact its well after midnight EST and my service is STILL being restricted! Both speed and traffic wise!  You are blatantly blocking SSL traffic!  I can't connect to my company's VPN (which normally works just fine) as well as can't visit or login to any site which requires SSL (like gmail).  Once again before you dig into your CSR script these services worked flawlessly prior to going over my data allowance.

I know that there are instances where I have to manually power cycle my modem (have not had to do it in quite a few months now) if I am over my data limit for the LNFZ to kick in.  

Did you try to power cycle the modem to see if it made a difference?

Yes I cycled the power of the modem prior to posting.  Data reset on my account dashboard but the speeds never came back.  I've had it unplugged since then.  I will test again later this afternoon when I have some free time.
