Hello Edmond,

We want to make sure that we properly communicate what you can expect on your billing. My apologies to you if it was not explained how our billing system works. When your service is installed, you are billed for a prorated amount and a month in advance. Every month, we will send a billing notification to the contact email address you gave us when ordering the service. You will not receive a paper statement. You will receive your first monthly statement electronically within a few days after the installation of your Exede service. When will I get my welcome email? How do I access virus protection software and do you have PC system essentials? How do I set up my email when my account number and phone number is not recognized? Help

I didn't receive a welcome email or anything about virus protection. Maybe it's not offered anymore. I've had exede for about two months now and I'm very happy with it. It's worked great for me.
