Please end my pain. This is the worst internet service I have ever had.

Make the phone call, pay the early termination fee, and you are out.

I know right? do you live in the sticks? We do. Decided to move to the country but little did we know that we wouldn't be saving any money at all out here! Stupid city slickers lol. No lan lines, no cable, no decent internet. Hughesnet is the same, we tried them. Satelite internet is such a monumental ripoff! Once you go over your "quota of gig" you're choked out like a fat wrestler and left banging on the floor for air till the ref lets you breath again. It's worse than dial up. But if you are in the boonies and want it you have no choice....wait...yes you do...you can NOT have internet! or move back to civilization. Unfortunately, my husband does volunteer work from home as he is disabled so we need it. There are other options out there and we have looked at them but unfortunately they aren't available in our area...yet.

No one was even home on the 1st this is when our data gets renewed. But I got an email that says we used 97% already. What the crap.

It is interesting in that I have never seen an Exede email that said I had used a specific amount of data. (?)  I have seen the warning one that says over 70% has been used, and the data restriction one that says 100% or more has been used.

Come to think of it JEP, you bring up a good point. I have never seen any warnings from Exede other than the 70% and the 100% one. It could well be that the one that Victoria received was actually from a non-Exede source, meaning a scam or phish attempt.

Same here. I've been with Exede almost 3 years and all I've got are 70% emails and a couple 100% one's.

Hi Victoria, I would love to take a look at your account. You should not be at 97% on the first day of you bill/data cycle. Please send an email with your account and contact information to exedelistens@visasa.com/ Thanks

I hear you Scott. The data cap for the price is a joke. Don't get me started about the speed. Tons of empty promises to get you signed up.
