Hi PB,  If your secondary emails did not transfer over, please call the email migration customer service line at 855-463-9333 for immediate assistance.

Dianah, what planet are you on?  Immediate assistance from the phone number you provided?  We've been waiting for 4 months now.

Thanks Diana, I already did so and was told my call for help had been "escalated". Which I think means "we cannot help you". I did get a real answer on this forum from Exede Alex on this issue saying Exede anticipates having secondary accounts fully migrated by the end of next week. That is good news if it proves reliable...

HI PM,  I just received information that the secondary
emails migration has begun. Please check later today to see you can access
them. If you cannot please send your account information to
exedelistens@viasat.com.  Thank you so much for your patience in this
matter!

Hi Diana, I sent my info via email 8/29. One secondary account is not migrating properly. I am able to log into the account on the WB web mail page, but it no longer re-directs to the the old google mail page. Now, it appears empty of emails and contacts on the new platform. However, I am still able to send and receive with this one account through googlemail servers using the old settings.

Excellent! The only problem I have experienced so far was accessing through Thunderbird email client. I have applied two different server settings in Thunderbird to access the old and new servers, which is still working for me as of now. I'll know the accounts have been migrated as soon as Thunderbird fails to download emails from my secondary accounts.
