What is the lease time on the persistent IP addresses available on the business accounts?

Seems that recently when the power is interrupted for a couple days or more at one of our remote SCADA monitoring sites, the IP address changes. I need to be able to tell the client how long they have to resolve power issues before their IP address will change.

The leases should be in the realm of 30 days.  I'm not sure, as we generally don't support Business accounts here.  I'm reaching out for some more information for you.

Ok, the lease time should be around 90 days.  If your client is losing their IP over a couple of days, there may be a problem with the account.  Have the account holder call Business Support at 855-313-4111.  They will need to be on site for some of the troubleshooting steps.
