That is not an option. To have Exede service you must authorize automatic payments via a credit or debit card. They are a paperless billing company.

If you need extra time to pay or other billing help, you can email your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com or, call customer service at 855-463-9333.

Hi Steven,

Bev is correct. The payment method (usually a card) you have on file with us will be automatically charged on your billing day each month. You will not get a paper bill, but we WILL send you a notification by email.

You can change your payment method and the email address where we can reach you by logging in to My.exede.net. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hello Fred. We are a paperless billing company and do not accept mailed in payments. You can make a payment via electronic check or via debit/credit card

Donna, just go to the Exede Dashboard at https://my.exede.net and go to the Change Method of Payment, then select the Bank account option and put in your bank account information.

On August 30, 2018 I, for the seventh time, I called in my credit card number. The nice computer thanked me and then Exede cut me off the following Monday.  I have had a history of them getting it wrong!  So I changed companies.
