What a JOKE!!! No customer service...... I have spent hours on the phone to get my account straighten out and have asked please return a phone call, are you kidding ....just doesn't happen. What ever happened to costomer agreement? I take it my money isn't good enough !!! I'm through with this company "NO SERVICE"

Wanda,  You are not the only one that has a bad taste in you your mouth so to speak after talking to the Exede phone support.  Good news if you send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information and reference this post.  That email will got to the social media team and they will give you a call back usually with in 24hrs and they can review your account and see whats going on and get you fixed.

Can I ask what the issues is you are trying to get the phone support to help you with?  Cant promise I will have an answer but I might or one of the other members here might.

I have spent hours on this issue and no one can seem to help me. I have always paid my bill with my personal banking account and now they do not accept my payment. They say it is blocked for late payment. "Really" are you kidding me!!! late payment because they put a block on it. Last month they apologized for the miss understanding and everything should be straightened out. Guess what ? Here I am on the phone daily and not one personal phone call in return to get to the bottom of this. I have never been rude to one person even after being put on hold over and over and then to loose connection and no one calls me back. What fly by night company is this??? I wanted an address to send payment direct and they have no address. "WHAT" no address.....never heard of such a thing. This is a business)))

Wanda, did you send Lindsey the email that he requested below? If you send it to him he will give you a call back to review your account and get everything fixed and back on order. That is his sole job to fix customer issues on here and him along with Beau and Diana do a good job at it and are good at getting everything fixed!!!
