Would like to see a choice for web filtering to help cut down on web ads and possible malware sites. Not have to install software.

I don't want any ISP doing blanket web filtering from ads. That would affect everyone, not just you. Some people may want to see ads you want to block. Better if you download something like AdAware and do this for yourself.

Same thing with "possible malware sites." There are lots of "false positives," and the number and pace of new, infected sites are impossible for any ISP to keep up with. Instead, you need  really good-quality, active, updated anti-virus software running on your own computer.  Try BitDefender.

Don't trust  any ISP to protect you from stuff that you really need to protect yourself from.
