We have to wait two weeks for a service call to replace our modem. Is this typical? Once we found the right data plan for our needs, we've been happy with Exede. But this service issue is a big problem.
Thanks, Jim, for your suggestion. I asked them to send a new modem like they had when we upgraded to our current plan, but they said it had to be dealt with a service call. I also asked for another vendor, but was told he's the only one available in our area. We're in southern Oregon.
