We have not had service since Friday the 4th!Trouble shooter indicates the DNS server is not responding.

My internet is out, what more can I say. We have incurred intermittent outages for several months. You have contacted us in the past indicating that you are aware that we are having problems and that you wanted to send someone out but no one has scheduled an appointment.Jim King  *** *** **** removed phone number.

ummmm.... id recommend you editing your post and remove your phone number... as this is a public forum. and people can act like you and call exede and stuff... just make sure to remove your phone number aok??? :3

James, if your service is still out, please call 855-463-9333 ASAP or, use the Check Service function on EasyChat (Exede EasyChat on FaceBook Messenger.) The Messenger bot can check your service, look for system outages and, help you do the basic troubleshooting before you speak to an agent.
