When you disconnected your account with a Care agent, they would have set up an equipment recovery shipment.  You should receive the box in 3-5 business days.  It will have all the instructions on what equipment needs to be returned to us, and is pre-labeled for a return shipment.

Call Viasat at 855-463-9333 to initiate the cancellation process. 

Viasat will send you packaging and a return shipping label for returning the TRIA and modem.  There will be detailed instructions in the packaging that shows what Viasat needs.

Be sure to take pictures of what you return, and keep your shipping receipt.
