We are paying one hundred dollars for basically priority shit! We have roommate's one is a teenager and his mom is telling him to go to his grandmas because she has unlimited data and we still have the data problem we do a little bit of web browsing for a few hours 15 gigs are gone and when my son comes back from school he is skyping in Minecraft. Just some more gigs in the priority plan would help I am starting to feel that exede does not care about his customers  I bet that the CEO of exede does not even use his own network.

I would drop to the lowest priced plan. You still have internet but it is slower. My paid for data was always gone by the second day. It did not matter if it what plan i was on. I would suggest jumping on am unlimited cellular plan if there is good signal. The rates are much better now and there are no overage charges. Even the slower data speeds on Cellular data after you go over the 22 GB is much faster than satellite internet can provide. I still think Excede offers the best satellite internet service for the price.I have found that satellite internet service is for those who have no other choice. It is the bottom of the barrel in internet service.

Dialup still ranks as the bottom of the barrel.  I use to worry to death about going over and then came the Liberty plans.  We've been on Liberty Pass every data cycle - especially when our kids now use chromebooks for some of their school work/homework.  Our kids burned throug 18 GB in 9 days, two of which we werer out of town.  For the most part my wife and I can survive on libert pass in the evening there are some websites that either won't load or take too long to load.  It's not all exede's fault.  The trend has been alot more advertising is being pushed through these websites eating up our data.

There are some other options in our area but unfortunately the vendors antennas are pointed in the wrong (close) direction.   My current solution is another satelite ISP for our small business and for my wife and I personnel use.  Our kids and occassional guests will continue to use our exede liberty 18 plan.  No complaints (so far).  I intend to stay with our current configuration - waiting for future options that come along with viasat2.

Hold tight, better plans are coming. No one is exactly sure of the details yet but, I do know that Viasat wants to give us service that will allow us to stream, game, Skype, FaceTime and enjoy the internet more like land based ISP customers can. With Viasat 2, I expect some big steps in that direction.

And just a note, I was at the Conference of Champions at Viasat in Denver and, I personally saw many Viasat Employees and management using the service so, yes, they do use what they sell.
