Videos r not working Netflix YouTube blocked

Hello . Its been a year now with no problem with my internet even when my fast data run out I still be able to watch Netflix . However the last couple days Netflix and YouTube or any video online won't stream its looks like all videos r blocked I tested the internet the speed is 4 mega what's happening ? I hope this will be fixed soon

I'm having the exact same issues. It has been exactly 1 year that I've had service with Exede and no issues when on Liberty Pass. Now in my 13th month (and the start of a new year), it appears that my Internet speeds for streaming have been throttled completely. I'm also not able to work from home via my VPN (which I used to be able to connect to using only 3G mobile broadband). If this continues, I will be cancelling.

Hi Lisa,  have you used your priority data? If so, you may need to purchase additional data to get your speeds back to normal or increase your data plan. We do not block Netflix or YouTube, but if the speeds are slow, there may be an issue loading them.

The Liberty Plans are not unlimited. Heavy users of Liberty Pass may experience slower speeds than lighter users of Liberty Pass. Your speeds on Liberty Pass will vary and in certain situations (such as during evening hours when the network is busy), the speeds may be so slow that your ability to use the internet may be greatly impaired. See the Data Allowance Policy and Network Management Policy for more information.

It's not a problem of slow connection because even when it's slow it still work . It's takes longer to load but it still works .. I can understand why it's slow when my data run out but right now it feels like it's blocked or something something is not right

My plan is 10 Gb my data run out in a day I rely only on the slow internet access it's works for me for a year now but lately videos r not working,,,,!,,, so is this some new restctions applied when ur priority data run out ? If so I will be concealing

Lisa, I have experienced similar problem starting three days ago. Tech service finally informed me that there is an issue affecting many customers and they are working to rectify. I cannot access web sites that I was always able toa ccess in the past. Like you said, it is not a speed issue but an accessibility issue.
I am scratching my head as to why other eps with Exede are not clued into this system wide (?) problem. Instead they continue to suggest fixes that are irrelevant (e.g. buy more data).

Thanks, Bruce. Having a similar issue. There's not even a slow load or buffering on videos, just complete lack of access. The employee replies telling us to buy data do nothing to clear up with the problem is.

There were a few days at the end of last month that we couldn't get online at all. called customer service, tried the "buy more data" to try to fix the problem. That did not help at all in any way. Called customer service, set up for service person to come to our house, but all of a sudden the next day everything started working fine again. 
Something has been going on with Exede's system. Who knows what. 
But I hope that everyone's problems resolve soon. Just do NOT buy more data, that is not the problem.

I have been with Exceed for 3 years now and even when the plan limit is used up I have been able to stream ( slowly) videos. This problem with Excede started about 10 days ago for me when I was still within my data plan. Some sites wouldnt load and videos would not load. I think it is time to quit Excede'and find an alternate service like Verizon or ATT/Direct TV. I get OK cell suignal at my house and the data plans for Verizon are actually cheaper than Excede.

same issue here. no access to secure sites, netflix and youtube pages load but videos will not play. have rebooted all equipment, pc, router, modem, flushed dns, changed to google public dns,uninstalled and reinstalled network adapter. released and renewed adapter. cleared cache and deleted cookies. no success. took laptop down to Lowes and connected to their network, everything works perfectly. Not good. Exede, please advise
