Why ar you such horrible, nasty, rude, people? Why cant you provide a service in a fair and equitable way? Why do you make customers jump through hoop after hoop after hoop? Why cant you get it right?

They get it right here. The service works great and their courteous reps on the internet have gone out of their way to be helpful.

I have had Exede for 16 months and love it. I have had no issues at all, love the speed, and also use Exede Voice for my home phone. I was on Wildblue for 4 years before switching to Exede. This company does a great job.

I just dump Hughes Net and no way can Exede be any worst than what I just left behind, 11 months of non- reliable service
