Viasat merge ruined internet

The internet no longer works any time of day or night since merging with viasat and “limiting” speeds and usage on the expensive unlimited plan with the highest download speeds available. Will no longer provide help using email or chat. Will not send anyone to look or new equipment. They’re supposed awesome browser also does not work on my google chrome notebook. I’m about to cancel service since they don’t care about the customers and only about money.

And we’ve been with this company when it was exede only and didn’t have issues and received help by emailing in the past before it was viasat.

If your service is completely out, then you need a service call. Don't let the technician leave until everything has been tested and verified as working properly.

Exede = Viasat. There was no merging, buy out, etc. It has been the same company since Exede was rolled out.

Now if you want to argue service and support have declined, that's fine. But it was not because of any "merger".

Of course they are going to say you need a service call that is another $95 of your money in their pocket. And if it works at all its just how it is try at about midnight if it loads better then you don't have any hardware problem and that is the internet you just have to deal with sorry to say its probably congestion.

@SonyaA, he says it "no longer works any time of day or night". That would not be a congestion problem.
