A VIA SAT survey popped after signing in.a message window said complete short survey and Vis Sat will pay $70 , After completing another window came up with worthless $70 products to select if I payed the shipping. Is this what Via Sat thinks of their customers ? BS.............

Signed in where? Are you sure it wasn't one of the scam popup surveys that are making the rounds (often a sign of malware). Based on what you've said it appears that the hook is asking you to pay shipping and handling - bet they ask for credit card info and once you do that the hook is set you're toast.

Once you're online doesn't take much for scammers to tailor their phishing attempt to you - they simply do a reverse DNS lookup on your IP address to determine you're a ViaSat customer.

However, if legitimate take the toaster ;)

I've got one that's still going strong after 50 years when banks would give them away on opening new accounts...

P.S. I'd be even more concerned if it popped up in response to signing in someplace, it may mean your credentials have been intercepted and compromised if malware.

P.P.S. If it were me my first stop would be updating virus defs, running a scan, and then a stop over at https://www.malwarebytes.com/ for good measure followed by changing credentials.
