Slow speeds

my speed has been so slow for over 2 weeks now! I unplug from the modem and it still will not work! it is slower than when we use to have dial up, enough is enough!!We seem to have lots of problems monthly with exed! Please fix this problem!!

My is same keeps losing the internet coming back and losing it again. We never know when it will go. Even at 2 am Eastern time.

Why frustrate the customers with claiming to send in the service request by email? Your company doesn't answer the emails that are sent from the "email us" page.

I've attempted to use that and almost never get a reply from Exede.

Something is broken at Exede and it's not just the internet.

another thing- try clicking on the chat offline or chat button and see how long it takes to get a response. Exede might want to start monitoring it's service times might be a wake up call.

I have used the "chat" service several times and got a person in a matter of seconds.  Works great.

She did email me about the contract, apparantly Exede is not paperless on that, she said they had to snail mail it.  Buy I've emailed twice about reviewing the sales call and noone has responded.
