How did I use up my data?

You draft my account every month for payment. You notify me regular I have used most of my time yet I haven't had any internet service to speak of for the last two weeks. It may come up for a few minutes then I have no service for the rest of the day. What is the problem???? Will you please respond or will this fall on deaf ears like the last time I asked this same question?

Have you sent an email to exedelistens@viasat.com? Include your account number and a phone  number so the moderators can look at your modem with their tools and see what it might take to get you back with very reliable service. You should not be losing your internet like that. You may have an equipment problem, or need to have your dish aligned.
