We have been having problems getting an installer to reinstall our dish. It has been an issue for 4 months now with no satisfaction from the installer (who keeps blowing us off) or ViaSat who doesn't care or communicate at all. The installer installed our new Viasat we were talked into getting when our old system broke, at the tail end of winter, when it was completely icy here. He promised to come back to dig in our satellite, which was sitting on top of the ground in a big mound of cement and bury the cable when it thawed. We called and he said he never promised and blew us off 3 different times he said he would be here to take care of the sloppy, improper installation. For 4 months we were getting interrupted internet service almost every day because of the poor installation. We have called ViaSat several times and they actually could care less. They have no customer service and we think they have us under a barrel because we have a 2-year contract. Our dealer is not a real dealer and only does this part-time and has been no help. Don't these companies know that all you have to do is keep your word and give good service and customers will be happy with you! It's not rocket science! They cause the wrath that comes from very poor customer service and wonder why they have people calling them to complain and end up yelling at them.
