Very disappointed in the service

Does anyone else finding trying to get in touch with Viasat nothing short of a pain in the butt?
One cannot email them, but can talk to them on the phone. I hate talking to them, for the most part they either do not tell the whole truth, or have very limited knowledge to help with a problem.
I want to see my data usage. The link for Details is of no use and there seem no way to view it.
As the thing we pay for is the data usage, why can we no monitor ourselves?
I am asked if I will recommend this service to friends. Heck, I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy. Come May, I will no longer use it. I have found that even though Frontier is slower, they never lied to me and tried to say it is faster that it is. When I first started with Exede I was told it would never be below 6MB, that is simply put, a lie.
Anyway, I just wanted to write an email to Viasat, but as it isn't possible I will just leave this here.
