Very disappointed in the service

Does anyone else finding trying to get in touch with Viasat nothing short of a pain in the butt?
One cannot email them, but can talk to them on the phone. I hate talking to them, for the most part they either do not tell the whole truth, or have very limited knowledge to help with a problem.
I want to see my data usage. The link for Details is of no use and there seem no way to view it.
As the thing we pay for is the data usage, why can we no monitor ourselves?
I am asked if I will recommend this service to friends. Heck, I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy. Come May, I will no longer use it. I have found that even though Frontier is slower, they never lied to me and tried to say it is faster that it is. When I first started with Exede I was told it would never be below 6MB, that is simply put, a lie.
Anyway, I just wanted to write an email to Viasat, but as it isn't possible I will just leave this here.

We need to all stand together if you pay for $3.00 a gallon for gas and you only get 1/3 gallon that stealing we should only pay for what we get Internet company is making money and not giving us what we paid for they have no problem pulling money out of your C C every month!

Cliff, you can monitor your own usage by going to the Viasat Dashboard, text, or by Facebook Messenger or emailing ViaSat.

You can email Viasat at viasatlistens@viasat.com. You will need to include your account number, a phone number and a short description of your issue.

I will not be joining in your little protest. Been with Wildblue, then Exede/Viasat since 2008. No complaints here with the service, data meter, or speeds.

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the service. Currently we are working on a better way to monitor data but that's still in the works. Some customers have used something like Glasswire to get better details. Keep in mind that is a 3rd party tool that is not associated or tied to Viasat in any way but some users of this forum really like the additional information that it provides. Again a 3rd party tool so caution is advised.

I'm already on board with you Cliff K. I have only had Viasat/Exede for about 3 months and so far it is crap. I am not happy with the service, or the price. I was also lied to by a rep. I was told all kinds of stuff that isn't true. I didn't have internet most of the time the first month and half. Now I'm stuck with it for over a year and a half or I
will have to pay to leave. It is almost worth paying to get off of their service.

$15/month left. Not a big price when paying a lot more for service.

So if you cancel, what are your other options for internet. Just curious what is available to you.
