Very disappointed! I am a longe term user and a perfect customer who pays on time. As time passes the service got worse. For the past couple of months I have no internet more often than I do. This past week is the worst till now. You know you have competition and I am seriously considering cancelling you (almost non existing) service!

Have you contacted Exede about fixing your service? It sounds like you have a misaligned dish (or something grew up in front of it), bad cable or possibly some electronic component going out.

Give them a call, get Easy Care and, have a service call. That should solve the problem. Trees in the way is about the only thing you'd need to correct yourself, by trimming the offending tree. A service call would check alingment and equipment condition and, make sure all was well.

i just signed up and what a fool i was. the 10 gb deal is a rip off and the service is super slow or not there at all. i don't do gaming and would just like to down load Netflix but most of the time that won't even work. i may bite the bullet and cancel. i am sure makes more money on cancellation fees than on regular service fees.

Using streaming services like Netflix, Hulu and others are not a good idea with Exede. A 2 hour movie in HD can use up 4 GB of your data. Setting the streaming service to a lower resolution will help reduce data used, an SD movie will only use about .75 GB, and even lower resolution will takeĀ  much less per movie. Smart TVs, satellite TV DVR's that are connected to the internet are also very large consumers of your data.

Hello Fah bw,

There could be a number of things that could cause this, especially the reasons that these comments suggested (dish out of alignment, data, ect). The simple fact is that we can't tell unless you call us and we can look at your set up directly. Our number isĀ 855-463-9333 or if you'd prefer an email instead you can email exedelistens@viasat.com and we can look for you but the phone call will be quicker
