We had Excede for 14 months and it was by far the worst ISP we have ever had. The 12GB of data disappeared within 2 days and could rarely connect to the internet. We finally got lucky and found Nuwave for our internet. I called to cancel Excede and was never informed of early termination fees and now have been screwed to the tune of another $174.00. I am disgusted with this company and will be sure to inform all our friends to never get this service!!!!!
You know what, Brad, instead of coming on here with your bs big me little you attitude, how about try to get your crappy, lying, company to fix this crap? I'll gladly pay early termination. I'm going to scream at every mountain top VIASAT EMPLOYEES USE DIRECTTV AND AT&T TO CON THEIR WAY INTO THE HOMES OF PEOPLE ON THE NAMES OF TRUSTED COMPANIES AND TGEN REFUSES TO TERMINATE THEIR SERVICES AND FORCES PEOPLE TO PAY TO GET OUT. You set up your service under false pretenses and lied about being associated with those companies when approached with complaints. Liars and cheats!
