Used Data in 2 Days

I'm not sure how we've already used all of our data when our internet was set up 2 days ago. When I try to click on the data usage button, it won't load. Can you please help?

Lindsey, you can use Exede EasyChat on Gacebook messenger. If that doesn't work, you can send an email with your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and request your usage information.

pretty sure we won't get any response from exede, they are getting very good at closeing unresolved tickets.  oh not everyone uses facebook so they need to change that garbage.
