Bonnie, that is a known issue with the website right now and, it is being worked on. In the meantime, you can get your usage by finding Exede EasyChat on Facebook messenger, or by using the SMS (cell phone text) system. To use the SMS system, text JOIN to 20715 and follow the brief instructions it will give you.
