Upset with Exede - no e-mail since October 1, 2017. Cannot see incoming, cannot send out-going

I've called Exede daily regarding my e-mail problem. I cannot receive or send e-mail and I run a small business account out of that e-mail address. I'm very angry and I'm losing business.
