Upgraded to Boost and speed has not increased.

Since upgrading to the boost plan I feel my internet has slowed down. The new modem will not reach throughout my whole house. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

Hi Joseph,  Please provide us with additional information regarding the location of your modem in your home. There are many factors can  determine why the signal is not reaching throughout your home.
