Service trouble

Dear Exede, for the past couple days the internet has been unresponsive, slow, throughput in the red, and web acceleration has been in the red.4/5/16 My data just reset, I can barely get to your website i can't even leave a comment to get advice without resetting the modem and then i have a minute or so of slow working internet. Is it the thunderstorm in my area? I would guess no because in february it was snowing heavily and at times i would get15mbps
is it my modem that's the problem, i would also say no this modem was very high rated on Amazon and working great with my previous internet for a year.

I'm in awe with how unpredictable this service is for me and my family. It makes me very unhappy to have the data reset and then the internet works worse
than it was last month when i got into my liberty data. Is there anything i could do to make this internet actually work?

I would guess it is the thunderstorm. Electrical storms are the worst on satellite signals. It doesn't take a lot of electricity in the clouds to block it but, clouds with just water in them don't block it so quickly.

I've also been having poor performance all week.  I'll be calling support shortly, was hoping to find info on how to get into the router first.
