Unhappy with payment process

How do you terminate this crappy company? Been with them for about 3-4 years and seriously they are a joke. Paid my bill at about 9am EST because my service was suspended to find out I won't have internet until tomorrow but the money is out of my bank account I would never recommend these people to anyone. Switching to Hughes Net as soon as I drive into town in freezing weather so I can use my phone being I paid to be able to use my phone at home but can't because this crap company doesn't turn your service back on when you pay your bill. If your new to this company get away as quick as you can they make sure you have to buy extra data hmmm I get 150 and it disappears quick and not because it's being used by my family

Not sure that not paying your bill and then blaming the company is cool in any country.

How is it even possible to not pay your bill on time? Viasat has my credit card information and automatically charges me every month.

hughenet wants credit card on file too maybe his credit card declined. also they go by payment history. it takes time too post a payment mines due on the 4th it shows up on the5th so randy relax grass not always greener on the other side wish you well

I pay by debit and I don't always have money on the card . So I have to wait and see how much I owe then put money on the card! This service sucks I wish Frontier had good internet.

You have had 3-4 years of knowing when your bill is due and coming out of your bank account, on the same day every month.  I guess if this was electricity and your lights went out it would be the electric company's fault, and it would be the next day for them as well.  Your Viasat service would have been back on right away depending on your payment method.

By the way you do not want to switch to Hughes, it would be worse.  New VS2 service is just weeks away.  We are a Beta Tester and the speeds are incredible!!  Our service just gets faster and faster from this point forward!
