It is also costly in time to deal with all these problems that arise. Why can't it be more efficient and informative?

I love my freedom Plan,(105 dollars) I had Hughesnet which is the pits(15 Gigs Daylight)( 2:00 am till 8:00 am 50 Gigs), ( didnt like getting up at 3:00 am to use the internet)(110 Dollars) So for I used 70 Gigs of the 150 Gigs. I watch movies everynight. I live in S.E. Texas and Exede was Heaven sent.

If you live in the boonies there really aren't many options. Go try Hughesnet, you'll run back to Exede screaming. At least their 12AM-5AM free period isn't capped.

Fun fact, I once waited almost an entire week to download TES 4 Oblivion off of Steam, because I had already used the overnight cap and my data didn't reset for another two weeks. So it was a constant 17KB/s for six days straight, no downtime.

people have plenty options they just do not realize it, straight talk unlimited talk, text, data $45,verizon roughly the same with free turn your phone into a hotspot. so yea hughesnet and exede are not the only options although they like to make people think that.

I have LTE as well and use it a lot for the unlimited Spotify streaming, but once the data runs out browsing on it is even slower than Exede's throttling.

Not sure how this is better.
Another limited "unlimited" plan.

Extended plans available
5 GB
First 5GB at high speeds, then at 2G*
*At 2G speeds, the functionality of some data applications may be affected.
