Billing problem

I have been an Exede customer for over 2 years. I have my issues with them and  I read the complaints and ideas all the time when posted.  I found that my data usage (leakage) somewhat stabilized after downloading adblock plus, and turning off all automatic download features on social and other websites I frequent. I am disappointed that their speed is rarely whats advertised and telling me wait until we get our new satellite in the air with the obvious implicit but unsaid admission that they way oversold their capacity is not being an honest player but last week they pulled a stunt that was just downright dirty. My dish is at a summer home and as such is only used 6 months a year as that's their minimum. I have no issue with that, however during this seasons 6 month off-time they arbitrarily went from a calendar year  to a continuous 12 months for counting vacation hold, so surprise I got a  rebill for Jan. and a full Feb and obviously will be billed in full for Mar. An additional three months of billing for when no one is there won't break me but screwing me out of it when my vacation hold is already in place is just wrong. I understand it will only happen this once because going forward my "year" will begin on Oct 1st, but its my $100 not theirs, and is indicative of the callousness we all read about that they exhibit all the time from our fellow subscribers.
