unable to login

Since the login went from WildBlue to Exede, I have not been able to login... even with the help of both online and telephone help. My credit card has been re-issued and I need to change my acct to the new card.

Your log in for exede.net should be the same as your primary email log in. If you are having problems you will have to email exedelistens@viasat.com or call 855-463-9333 and ask customer support for help reseting your password. This is a public forum so, they can't do that here.

To my knowledge, I have no exede.net email acct ( don't have it, don't want it); I simply want to log in to the equivalent of my old WildBlue acct.  Please help...

Wallace, as Bev stated above, you can send an email or call customer service. They will help you with your sign on to your Wildblue.net email account.
