Trouble with Liberty plan

Exede is Horrible! AS SOON AS THEY TAKE PAYMENT!! PUT US ON LIBERTY PASS!!! Service Awful!!! it does not work more than half the week every week of Every Month!!

Betty, if you are on Libery Pass, that means you have used all of the priority data in your plan for the month. It sounds like you are using up your data very quickly. Here are some tips on managing your usage and, stretching your data further.

What do you mean it doesn't work for half of the week, every week? Are you having connectivity issues as well?

This is a very expensive waste of money for such poor service for Internet! Been very disappointed that I chose it!

Do you have other options for Internet Betty? Satellite internet, regardless of what company provides it, has some limitations. Yes, it is going to be more expensive, and yes you are limited in how much data you can use.

May I ask why you chose Exede in the first place?

I agree Betty. I dont watch any videos,movies or anything that should use my data. But only a day or two after they take my money,my data is used up. This program is trash and I would not refer them to my enemies. I had Huges Net for 10 yrs,I wish I would have stayed with them.Good luck Betty.

I also had Hughesnet for 10 years. I have found Exede/Wildblue superior based on my experience. Granted, you have to put some effort into managing your data, but stay under your data allotment and the system should work fine. If you are burning through data at a rapid rate, find out why, fix the problem or change your usage habits.
