Trouble with https logins

I have had exede for 2 years and it has worked well. But as of day before yesterday I suddenly can't log into my amazon account or my exede account. I can get to the login page but when I log in it says access rights validated on the tab head then I get the message: The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. I have tried with both IE and Firefox and from all 3 computers that I have. What has happened? I have tried rebooting the modem and router and the computers but to no avail.

Have you attempted to bypass the router?  Meaning the ethernet cable going directly from your modem into one of your computers.  If the issue is resolved on that one computer, you know it's an issue with your router.  If the issue continues on that computer, it's an exede issue.   Make sure to close the browser window and clear the cache before you perform the test.

I don't know what Security plan you have. I have Kaspersky Internet Security and everything was going fine. Then one of the times when they updated they decided this forum was bad and for a couple of months couldn't get on it. But could the Wildblue Forum so some of the people who are here and on that forum told me what to do. Had to go into settings and add Exede as a safe site. Haven't had any trouble since. So maybe something on your computer  or in website is blocking you.

Might be due to this:

This would apply if you were using the Edge or Internet Explorer browsers.  Is it still an issue and have you tried a different browser?

Had the same issue with the same things after a recent browser update.
Copy and paste the error you get, in to Google.  There are adjustments that can be made and workarounds out there.  Ya just gotta do a little digging to find them.

Thanks for your replies. I also emailed their tech support and the next morning everything was good again. No explanation. Just "it is working now" and it was.
